At ZD Minis, each custom miniature is made-to-order with care and precision. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

Production Time:

• All custom miniatures take approximately 1 week to develop and prepare for shipment.

• This time allows us to ensure quality, accuracy, and the attention to detail your miniature deserves.

• Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Shipping Time:

• Once production is complete, shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Please Note:

• Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout do not include the 7-day production window.

• If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact us before placing your order—we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests if possible (additional fees may apply).
