Return Policy – Custom Orders

At ZD Minis, each mini is carefully crafted to order, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a legitimate issue with your order.

What Qualifies as a Legitimate Issue:

• The item arrived damaged or defective

• The item you received is significantly different from what you ordered (wrong design, size, or color based on your order confirmation)

• There was an error on our part during production or fulfillment

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos showing the problem

We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom orders without a proven issue

• Items with minor variations due to the handmade process

• Items returned without prior approval
